Order Protection

Order Protection is an optional service that safeguards your purchase against loss, theft, or damage that occurs while your order is in transit to you.

When Order Protection is added to your order, you are covered from the moment your package leaves our facility until it is delivered. If something goes wrong during shipping, we will work quickly to replace your items or issue a refund — no lengthy carrier claims required.

• Confirmed stolen deliveries

The Order Protection fee is calculated as a small percentage of your order sub-total and is shown in your order summary at checkout. You may remove it at any time before completing your purchase.
